eTimeSaver automates timesheet data entry
for Summerleaze RE-Generation

Summerleaze RE-Generation was formed in 2000 to combine the landfill gas control and utilisation businesses of two enterprises, taking a leading role in the development of the renewable energy market.

Challenge

To the processing of permanent and temporary staff timesheets from over 20 generation sites.  Historically, timesheets would be faxed or posted from on site contacts. This necessitated manual entry into their payroll and accounts system, taking time and effort.

Solution

ePartner Consulting Ltd provided eTimeSaver to automate the timesheet processing. The major benefit of the solution is that timesheets are scanned or faxed directly into the system, and do not have to be entered manually. What’s more, the system will automatically flag up any entries that it’s unsure about.

TeleForm, which is the core component of eTimeSaver, delivers accuracy and quality control from the moment a document enters the system. It easily identifies and corrects content incongruities. Export connectivity was another clear benefit, allowing seamless integration with other client applications.

No training was needed. The beauty of the system is such that the client’s Information Systems Administrator was able to set up the software on his own. The ability to connect to database and archive products without programming was a distinct advantage.
