Recognising that completed timesheets are often faxed to you, eTimeSaver connects directly to your incoming fax line, eliminating the need for paper faxes. This also speeds up the process by which completed timesheets are entered into the system ready for data extraction.

Similarly completed timesheets that are mailed to you are scanned into the system individually or in controlled batches for processing. There is no need for manual sorting - the system will do it for you, saving you even more time.

You also have the option of capturing timesheet data via electronic forms (i.e. HTML or PDF) that are completed and submitted to the system via the internet.
