A copy of the extracted data is used to form an index database for the optional eStore - a browser-based electronic document storage and retrieval system.

This allows you to perform searches using definable criteria from a list of records and scanned images taken from the data you have captured. You can narrow down your search query to ensure accuracy of results and relevant matches.

Based on Microsoft IIS whilst using only industry standard data and image storage formats it's as secure and convenient as you would wish.

The eStore image archive can also be integrated with other products such as Tempest so that timesheets can be retrieved seamlessly from within your existing applications.

Timesheets can also be retrieved automatically as part of your invoice printing process so that you can attach them to the reverse of client invoices.
